Envato purchases

For purchases made through Envato, submit refund requests through Envato and follow its applicable refund rules. The direct Polar checkout process below applies to purchases made on this website.

1. Refund Eligibility for Standard Commercial Licenses

If the LeoMail desktop application fails to install, activate, or operate as documented on a supported operating system (Windows 10/11 64-bit, macOS 12+, or modern Linux), you are eligible to request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase to [email protected].
• Refunds apply to initial license purchases (Solo $99, Professional $199, Business $299).
• Additional workstation seat add-ons ($49 USD per unit) are non-refundable once activated.
• White-label custom builds, bespoke engineering, and quoted custom milestone deliverables are governed by individual quote contracts and are non-refundable once project work has commenced.

2. Ineligibility & Policy Exclusions

Refunds are not granted under the following circumstances:

• Requests submitted after the 7-day period has elapsed.
• Suspension or termination resulting from a breach of our Acceptable Use or Anti-Spam policies.
• Deliverability, inbox placement, or IP reputation issues caused by external SMTP relays, domain configuration errors, or poor subscriber list quality.
• Repeated purchase-and-refund abuse patterns.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email address used at checkout with:

• Your license key and Polar order reference ID.
• A brief description of the technical defect or issue encountered.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Polar within 3 to 5 business days. Upon refund confirmation, your license key is deactivated.
