Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy

LeoMail strictly prohibits the use of our software for the facilitation, distribution, or promotion of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), commonly known as "Spam."

1. What is Considered Spam?

Spam encompasses any commercial email sent to an individual who has not granted you verifiable permission (opt-in) to receive such communications, or an email sent to a recipient with whom you do not have a prior documented business relationship.

  • Sending emails to purchased, rented, or third-party scraped lists.
  • Failing to provide a clear, operational, and accessible mechanism for recipients to unsubscribe or opt-out from future mailings.
  • Utilizing misleading or deceptive subject lines, headers, "From" addresses, or return routing information.
  • Employing deceptive techniques to hide or forge the origin of the email.

2. Mandatory Compliance (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)

As a licensee of the LeoMail Software, you legally guarantee that your use of the Software fully complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (US), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU, and all other applicable regional electronic marketing laws.

Specifically, you agree that every commercial email sent using our Software will explicitly include:

  • A functional, one-click opt-out (unsubscribe) link, which you must honor within 10 business days.
  • The valid physical postal address of the sender or the sender's organization.
  • Accurate "From" lines pointing back to real identities.

3. Enforcement & License Termination

We actively investigate all complaints of spam abuse. If we determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, that a user is engaging in spamming activities or systematically violating international anti-spam legislation, we will enact immediate enforcement without prior warning:

  • Permanent revocation of the offender's LeoMail software license without a refund.
  • Permanent prohibition from purchasing future iterations of the Software.
  • Provision of any necessary logs or user data to ISPs or legal authorities requesting compliance assistance.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you believe you have received unsolicited email originating from a LeoMail user, please forward the complete email with headers intact to our compliance team. We treat all abuse reports strictly confidentially.
